Hmmm. He knows Mary didn't zoom. And he knows BJ Martin's arms were not horizontal. And yet, he claims that this:

 is equivalent to this:

But, all he did was use the zoom to crop out the lower part of the photo:

And keep in mind that I suspect that even the above image was cropped with the zoom. He said he backed off the zoom, but he didn't say he backed it off all the way. 

Here's a picture taken from 5 feet away with no zoom and with the camera height at 56 inches. 

The height of the hand-grips is actually very close to that of Martin's bike. Now, no one was on that bike, but imagine someone was. How is the left side of the rider, including his left arm, not going to be captured and visualized? You'd be lucky if you saw the right arm at all.
