No, Unger.  It's all very easily explained. 

I originally estimated 2 feet as Martin's distance from the curb.
But then your pal bpete said he was more like 3 feet away from the curb.

I always estimated Mary's distance from the curb as 1 1/2 feet. 
I admit that that is just an estimate but a reasonable one. 

So,  3 + 1 1/2 = 4 1/2.  And that's how the distance of 4 1/2 feet was derived.

I only mentioned 6 feet because that was the distance bpete said he used in his experiment.

But, in Dealey Plaza, I am going to with 4 1/2 feet as the distance between the Moorman proxy and the Martin proxy. I won't go farther, but I will come closer just to prove that even closer you can't capture just the right arm. 

This result is never going to happen, Unger. You might as well face it now.
