So, they tried blurring the doorway in Towner, and in another version, they blackened it. 

Why does Jackie look so sharp? It's because they didn't blur her. They had to give you something. And by giving you her to focus us, it takes your mind off the fact that the rest of the image is crap.

Oswald made such a heap of trouble for them when he stepped out into that doorway. He put them to work covering it up, not just for years, but for decades. And that includes in this century.
