Ralph,
Not only was LHO's wallet planted at the scene of the Tippet murder, but what about the empty shell casings found at the scene? Oswald allegedly had a revolver that doesn't eject empty shells like a semi-automatic pistol. After shooting Tippet, Oswald would have had to take the time to manually remove the empty shells from his revolver.
All planted evidence.

Ralph Cinque:
Very true, Tom. How do they explain that as a behavior? That Oswald would shoot Tippit and then empty the shells from his revolver and leave them there? Along with his wallet? How about an 8x10 glossy of himself? IT IS PREPOSTEROUS!
I really think that Vince Salandria is right; they don't want this to be believable. They just want us to know that it's official- with all that that implies. Ralph
