I have been saying on Facebook that to my eyes, the Zapruder frame that best matches the Moorman photo - in terms of Jack and Jackie's arrangement- is Z-316.

You see how in Z-316, Jackie's head is going down? It was higher before, but there, it's lower. What happened is that when JFK was hit in the temple with the bullet from the Grassy Knoll which exploded on contact, it slammed him "back and to the left." Poor Jackie was startled, and instinctively, she got out of the way. You might say she ducked by going forward and down. Below is her in Z-317, even lower. It was a reflex- to get out of the way. When something comes flying at you, that is what you do, again by reflex.
