Marina Oswald Porter got Oswald's tax returns released, and this one is for 1956, and I must insist that it is fake.  That's because it shows Oswald having worked at Pfisterer Dental Lab in 1956, but he didn't; that was late 1957 and early 1958.

His friend Palmer McBride, who worked there with him and befriended him, said so. People have tried to dismiss McBride by saying that he was confused and mistaken, that it was earlier. But, that's the kind of thing that one could only be mistaken about briefly. Certainly, Palmer McBride could determine where he was and what he was doing in his 18th year, just as we all can.

And, there is something very specific that proves it. McBride remembered that he and Oswald both got thrilled with the Russian space program after Sputnik, which they discussed at length. Well, the first Sputnik was in October 1957. So, that proves that it was 1957 and not 1956 that Oswald worked at Pfisterer.

Of course, the one who has championed this more than anyone else is John Armstrong, and you can read about it here:

Of course, there were two Oswalds, and not just an Oswald double or doubles, but two young men who were living their lives, day-in and day-out, as Lee Harvey Oswald.
