What happened to 1957? You can see above that it's missing. And 1958 isn't legible.  Does anybody believe that it had to look like this?

1959 just lists his Marine pay, $996. It's amazing he could save all that money that he had with which to travel to Russia. 

Then, the forms from 1962 aren't legible again except for a paycheck from Leslie Welding.
