Notice that Mary Moorman looks quite alright. She's not pointing her camera at the Kennedys, for some reason, but at least she looks crisp and clear. But now look at Babushka Lady in Z-281.

So, why the difference? Why is Babushka blurred but not Mary Moorman?

Do you know how much difference we are talking about in time? 1 second. So, why is Babushka Lady blurred and Mary Moorman clear? I say it's because they wanted Babushka Lady blurred, so they blurred her.
