A jury verdict has been reached in the Pozner/Fetzer law suit.

This is rather surprising because I know that Mr. Pozner was suing for $1 million. So, the jury could have awarded him the entire amount, and they could have assessed punitive damages as well. Instead, they assigned an amount slightly less than half of what he asked for. And that makes the outcome rather murky. It could have gone a lot worse for Jim. Also realize that getting a judgment and getting cash are two different things. Many civil judgments go unpaid, and courts do very little to enforce them. But then again, in this case, the "moral victory" may have mattered more to Mr. Pozner than the money. I consider this result to be "mixed." I feared worse for Jim.
