  • My Stretch Of Texas Ground Unfortunately, there is plenty of blame to go around. George W. Bush made the decision to attack Afghanistan over 9/11. Today, that war is still raging after 18 years, The number of innocents killed by us, including lately, is unspeakable. But, you can't blame him entirely because Congress gave him a blank check to start that war by passing, almost unanimously, the Authorization for Military Force Act saying that he could attack whoever he thinks did it, and that was just 3 days after 9/11. We talk about it in My Stretch of Texas Ground. Only one Congressperson voted against it: African-American Congresswomen Barbara Lee from California. But, what about Obama? When he got in, he did his troop surge in Afghanistan, and he started his own war in Libya which killed 25,000 and turned Libya into the hell-hole it is today. Under Gaddafi, Libya had the highest standard of living in all of Africa, and by far. Not any more. So, Republicans? Democrats?
