I am very pleased to announce another casting acquisition for His Stretch of Texas Ground, and it is Carl Bailey for the role of FBI agent Frank Calderone.

If you saw the first movie, you know that Frank came to Arlettsville to handle the response to the abduction of Senator Cruthers, played by Mike Gassaway, and right away a turf war developed between him and Sheriff Joe. In that film, Frank was played by Brian Villalobos, and he was magnificent. He won Best Supporting Actor at two film festivals, and our star Jeff Weber raved about how good an actor Brian is. Unfortunately, Brian is unavailable for the sequel.
So, Carl Bailey has got some hefty shoes to fill to replace Brian, but I am super-confident that he is going to do a superb job. There will be tension again between Frank and Sheriff Joe, and I dare say we take it up a notch. But, I know Carl is up for it, and so is Jeff. There is going to be a great dynamic between the two of them on screen, and it's going to be riveting to watch them.
So welcome to the cast, Carl Bailey. I have yet to meet Carl in person, but we have been in communication a lot, and I am very impressed with him. He is really devoted to his craft- as all our actors are. This is great news.
