People get so irate about the idea of photographic alteration, but it has been going on for a very long time. Here is a phony picture of U.S. Grant. It's only his face; it was actually another man on the horse. And the man and horse were added to the larger scene. So, it is actually a composite of three photographs, which are shown on the right.

So, if they were doing stuff like that in 1863, why should it be so difficult to accept that they were doing it in 1963?

To those that know that Oswald was framed and innocent, consider that the plotters had to realize ahead of time that film and photographic images might be produced which conflicted with the story they were trying to tell. I'm saying that they anticipated that there would likely be a need for photographic alterations, and so they came prepared.

And let's acknowledge that the idea of photographic and film altering in the JFK assassination didn't start with the OIC. How many JFK buffs out there believe in Zapruder film alteration?

Here is just one of many videos available on youtube about Z-film alteration:

And what about the Backyard photos? Oswald himself said that his head was moved to the body of another man, and that having worked in a photo shop, he knew exactly how it was done and could do it himself.

It's widely believed that Oswald's face starts above the chin; so it is not his chin in the picture.

Oswald's chin wasn't that wide, which you can easily see. Jack White said it.

It's well known that when you are replacing a face in a photo, it looks more natural if you do it that way, leaving the original chin.

So, they were doing photographic and film alterations for the JFK assassination. And once you realize that, the whole idea that it's preposterous to think that they altered the Altgens photo is ridiculous. They had the time. They had several hours, and that is all they needed.

So no, Backes and bbackes: they didn't fake any bus rides or cab rides, but they did alter the Altgens photo. They anticipated such a thing; they were prepared for such a thing; and they did that very thing.
