So, that settles it: bpete is a CT. He said on McAdams' forum that the way Oswald became aware that Bill Shelley was out front in the doorway so as to tell it to Fritz was that he saw Shelley standing out there when he was in route from the first to the second floor.

Aha! So, bpete does think that Oswald got mighty close to stepping outside. He was there just on the inside of the door is, apparently, what bpete believes.

Well, bpete, if he got that close, what makes you so sure he didn't step outside? After all, the President was driving by. It was a beautiful day. The sun was shining. It was warm and pleasant. Why not? He had already eaten, so he wasn't on his way to the 2nd floor lunch room to do that. And, he apparently was in no hurry to get a Coke either because even later on when Truly and Baker encountered him in the lunch room, he had no Coke, nor was he in the process of getting one. Both of them said that. Repeatedly. And there is no reason to think that they were lying.

I'm just pointing out that it's a problem for you, bpete, a weak spot in your story, that you place Oswald so close to the doorway. It leaves you with no theoretical basis to deny the possibility that he stepped outside. And behaviorally, it seems highly probable that he would. After all, why should Lee Harvey Oswald have had less interest in seeing JFK than the others? What is the theoretical basis for that? What is his indifference to JFK attributed to? How is it explained? Just the night before, he discussed JFK's coming to Dallas with his wife Marina, and she expressed her great admiration for JFK and wish that she could see him. Wouldn't Lee take a peak at the guy just for his wife's sake if not his own? How can you deny the possibility that he stepped outside?

But, let the record show that bpete has got Oswald downstairs close to the front door shortly before the shooting, and he has him going from there to the second floor and nowhere else. That means that bpete does NOT place Oswald on the 6th floor. So, it means that bpete is definitely a professed CT, just like Steve Haydon. I hope you all know the difference between a professed CT and a real one.

What's the difference? Well, there are a number of things I could point out, but a cardinal one is that a real CT is a friend and defender of Lee Harvey Oswald, but a phony CT is not.  And bpete/Steve Haydon is definitely no friend of Lee Harvey Oswald.
