What a bull shit artist. Now bpete is saying that "out with Bill Shelley in front" meant that after Oswald got his Coke after the shooting, he went downstairs and went outside and was hanging around with Bill Shelley in front before he went home.

Bull shit!  Shelley wasn't there at the time. He left immediately for the railroad tracks with Lovelady before Baker even reached the steps. They never ever returned to the front. They re-entered through the back, and then they were inside for a long time. Shelley and Lovelady were asked by Roy Truly to guard the freight elevator, which they did well past the time that Oswald left. And then they gave the police a tour of the 6th floor. There is no way Shelley was milling around out in front when Oswald departed for home.

We have been through this before. Are you deliberately trying to deceive?

And, it's crazy to think that Fritz would have queried Oswald about his whereabouts AFTER the assassination without asking and noting where he was DURING the assassination.

What the hell difference does it make whom Oswald saw when he was leaving the building? It wasn't a crime for him to leave the building. Furthermore, there is no doubt that he left, so why does he have to prove it by citing someone?  It may have broken a company rule, but it didn't break the law. How could Fritz fail to ask Oswald where he was DURING the time of the shooting?

"Out with Bill Shelley in front" had to refer to DURING the assassination. It could not have meant AFTER.

Here is a map of the first floor. Notice that everything is in back. The stairs are in back. The elevators are in back. And the domino room is in back.

Oswald was in the domino room eating his cheese sandwich and Coke. Bugliosi pegs the time at 12:15. Others have said it was later- more like 12:20. From there, he went up the back stairs to the 2nd floor lunch room, which was also in back. There he was seen by Carolyn Arnold at 12:25. Now, we've got 5 minutes left. bpete is saying that he went back down stairs to the first floor and walked all the way across to the entrance where he got a peak at Bill Shelley in front. Then from there, he has him going back up to the 2nd floor "on his way to the 6th floor".

No, it doesn't work. Nothing you say works. Oswald seeing Shelley outside when he left doesn't work because Shelley definitely wasn't there when Oswald left. And Oswald walking close to the entrance before the shooting doesn't work because it completely shatters the timeline for him to be the shooter; you just plain run out of time for him to get up to the sniper's nest.  

What really happened is that he ate his lunch in the domino room; then he went up to the 2nd floor lunch room where he was seen by Carolyn Arnold; then he went back downstairs and walked out the front door and stood on the landing to watch the motorcade; and then he left as soon as it was over and went back to the 2nd floor lunch room where he had his encounter with Truly and Baker. That is how it went down.
