There is an interesting thread on McAdams' forum started by Charles Wallace concerning Oswald's alibi. Charles points to the fact that the Fritz notes are NOT in chronological order. What is the proper order? Charles is looking at the big "1st" and an arrow that Fritz drew to indicate which was first.

I have extended the arrow, and as I see it, it points to "to 1st floor had lunch".

Charles Wallace concludes:

What I think Oswald told Fritz without the FBI being present was that he
went to the first floor and had lunch. Then went outside and was with
Shelley during the shooting. He was outside for a total of about 5 minutes
before going to get a coke. Then HE DECIDED to leave because he didn't
think there would be anymore work that day.

Uh-oh. Backass! You realize what this means? It means you have to start a site now: Charles Wallace is a stupid bitch dot com. And bbackes: You are going to have to start a new site: Wallacing Against Rational Thought.

But, even without that, we KNOW beyond all doubt that the Fritz' bullet points were not chronological because there is no way that Oswald went to the 1st floor and ate lunch AFTER his encounter with Truly and Baker.  The shooting was at 12:30 and Butch Burroughs told Jim Douglass that he saw Oswald at the theater, and served him popcorn, between 1:00 and 1:07 pm. So, with everything else Oswald had to do, how could he possibly squeeze eating lunch in between 12:30 and 1:07?

Besides, Oswald told Fritz that he ate lunch in the Domino room at a time when Junior Jarmon and Harold Norman were milling around. Well, that wasn't after the assassination, and it wasn't during the assassination. They were up at the 5th floor window during the assassination. That means that it had to be well before the assassination that Oswald saw them while he was eating his lunch.

And that leads to something very important: Fritz lied. He lied to the Warren Commission. He told them that Oswald told him that he was "eating lunch with other employees at the time" of the shooting. That is bull shit, and Fritz knew it was bull shit. Oswald was a loner; he didn't eat lunch with anybody. And for the reasons I gave above, his lunch had to be eaten well before the assassination.

And who were these "other employees" who forsook seeing the Presidential motorcade just so that they could eat a late lunch? Everybody got off at 11:45 so that they would have plenty of time to eat their lunch- finish their lunch- before the big event. Who was going to wait that 45 minutes when they had 45 minutes to eat their freaking lunch? NOBODY! Fritz lied! The mudder-rucker lied through his teeth!

Why did the mudder-rucker lie? It was probably because he didn't want to tell them the truth that Oswald told him that he was out with Bill Shelley in front during the assassination, as he wrote in private notes to himself.

Thank God those Fritz notes saw the light of day! The Fritz notes have to be among the most damning pieces of evidence that destroy the official story of the JFK assassination.
