Backes is taking his time responding to this because he knows that if says something stupid, I will pounce on him like a jaguar on a tapir. Why exactly are there no matching frames- not a single one- between two movies that are supposed to be one and the same film?

But it hasn't stopped others from responding on McAdams' forum.

David Von Pein says that I've DOUBLED the number of films that I say are fake.

No, David. ANY film that purports to show Lovelady sitting in the Squad room is fake. All of them are fake.

He suggests that I look at A Year Ago Today. Yes, of course, the Lovelady clip in that is fake too. What they did there is splice the version from 4 Days and the one from 3 Shots together, starting with the one from 3 Shots.

So, above you have 3 Shots, 4 Days, then AYAT. They removed some of the frames from 3 Shots in order to keep the whole thing from being too long. They also sped it up and blurred it up to smooth the transition. They also slimmed down the Lovelady figure 3 Shots by adjusting the aspect ratio of the whole film. But essentially:

AYAT = 3 Shots + 4 Days

So yes, David, it is a 3rd one faked, but don't stop there. See if you can find some more. Remember: any movie that purports to show Lovelady sitting in that Squad room is fake. But, no two versions are exactly the same. So, let's see what else you can come up with.

Lovelady, himself, told us that he never saw Oswald again that day after they broke for lunch:

Ball: Did you EVER see him again THAT DAY (after you broke for lunch)?
Lovelady: No.

And then Klip-Klop, the Quasimodo of JFK assassination research, piped in with his usual mindless stuff. He said Backes is later going to chew me out. I'm waiting.

And keep in mind that Klip-Klop doesn't actually agree with Backes that Oswald was nowhere near the 6th floor during the shooting. He agrees with bpete that Oswald was "locking and loading" on Kennedy from the 6th floor, as accused. But, why should small differences among friends matter, right?

Lovelady was never in that Squad room. It was something that was faked in order to sell the idea that he wore a plaid shirt on 11/22- which he didn't. He wore a short-sleeved, striped shirt.

And they apparently didn't trust Lovelady to talk about it. The HSCA could have supoenaed him to come in to testify, but they didn't. Then, Lovelady suddenly died of a heart attack in January 1979, shortly before the HSCA released its Final Report. How convenient. Dead men tell no tales.

The walk-by movies are all different, and 3 Shots and 4 Days are entirely different, totally dissimilar, with no matching frames, not a one. For Pete's sake, it's a 3 second clip! You can't blame that on editing. Editing? Like when they edited John Kennedy and Lee Oswald out of this world. That's when the editing took place.
