Thank you, Paul Stevens. Paul pointed to this woman in the motorcade footage who was holding a baby, and he said: that is how you do it. And indeed he is right. Notice that she is using both arms. You drop a child that young on hard pavement, and it could mean death. The baby's head is like a melon. Nobody is going to stand there for more than 6 seconds holding an infant in one arm. 

Also notice how she is leaning back which helps distribute the weight, piling it on top of her body, which transfers the load to her strong legs. This is real. This is normal. But, what we see in the Towner film is fakery; crude, sloppy fakery.
