Roy Lewis said that he heard gunshots. He never thought they were firecrackers. And he said that they came from west of the TSBD.

So, naturally, he was looking west.

We have him over a range of 4 seconds in Wiegman, and he is looking west the whole time. He was never looking east, as with this nonsense:

That was an image they stuck in there from the Willis frame.

I suspect that some of Roy Lewis' left shoulder and arm were visible to Altgens, but it wasn't enough. They needed more. They needed enough to cover up Oswald's hand-clasping. They correctly realized that it might turn out to be a distinguishing characteristic of Oswald, and it was. He did it a lot, while Lovelady never did it. So, they stuck that face of Roy Lewis in there. They may also have been seeking to cover up the tattered-ness of Oswald's shirt- another dead give-away. But, everything is wrong about that image of Roy Lewis in the Altgens photo: his face where it is, his weird shamrock-shaped torso below it, and the whole idea that he was turned and looking east at that moment. Kennedy was west. The gunshots were west. So, why would he be looking east? He wouldn't. He didn't. It's bull shit. And that's why it is listed as an anomaly on the OIC website, where it's been since 2012.
