Steve Jenkins, you are making an untenaable assertion, so stop it. EVERYTHING about that little handgun was DESIGNED for using the index finger to trigger it. Your entire grip would be thrown off and unbalanced if you used your middle finger. That gun needs to fit into your hand the way your foot fits into a shoe, and it wouldn't if you used your middle finger. You would never be able to generate as much strength using your middle finger. Jack Ruby would have had no reason whatsoever to even think about using his middle finger. The idea that the thought would ever cross his mind is PREPOSTEROUS. But obviously, if his right index finger was disabled, he would have no choice. AND IT SO HAPPENED THAT HIS LEFT INDEX FINGER WAS DISABLED. So, what was that? A coincidence? I don't believe in them. "They" got confused. "They" mixed it up. "They" had James Bookhout do it that way, and he followed orders.
