Oswald in the doorway: the blog of the Oswald Innocence Campaign, by Ralph Cinque

This is the Beers photo, and I have added Ruby's mug shot to it. It shows how the Shooter wore light socks and Ruby wore black socks. And, the Shooter is wearing dressy wingtip shoes, whereas Ruby wore a more casual, high-top shoe. As soon as that was noticed, the story had to become that they changed every stitch of clothing on Ruby's body, including his underwear and his socks and shoes. You believe that do you? They didn't provide any clothes to Oswald. Even the black outfit he wore at the Jail Transfer was obtained from his boarding room. 

So, why the different clothing policy for Oswald  and Ruby?   

That skinny guy in back, whom I circled in yellow, was Detective Thomas McMillan. He is one of two men who nodded during the procession before the shot, the other being Will Fritz, who turned around and nodded at the trio. He did it very conspicuously too. I don't know who McMillan was signaling. 

But, on the right is the picture of what I call the Penguins- the cops  who swarmed "Ruby." What were they doing? And what was he doing? Are we supposed to believe that he was fighting them? Resisting? How? In what way?  And then, without handcuffing him, they hustled  him into the Jail Office, which, as far as I know, is the only time in police history that police moved a violent offender somewhere without first cuffing him. Why didn't they push him down to the ground right there in the garage, bring his hands behind his back, and cuff him right there in the garage? Anyone? Anyone? 

But, that freakishly gignatic man at the center of the melee on the right is the same Detective McMillan. Skinny Tommy McMillan. And I say freakish because his proportions are so freaky. The proportion between the head and the body is well known in Human Anatomy. On average, in adults, the length of the body is 7 1/2 times the length of the head. But, the head on that giant McMillan is impossibly small. He has a micro head. His body is bigger than that of Blackie Harrison on his left, even though Blackie was the biggest guy involved.  So, they morphed Skinny Thomas McMillan into someone bigger than Blackie Harrison. Why did they do that? It was all about covering up James Bookhout. They couldn't let him be seen.
