This photograph shows exactly what happened, and it proves Oswald's innocence.. Baker saw Oswald when he was in the vestibule attached to the lunch room. He saw him through that pane of glass. Oswald was moving. And as Oswald moved into the lunch room, Baker went through the door with the glass, and then he was able to see Oswald proceeding through the lunch room, and he ordered him to stop.

Now, Oswald could not have entered the vestibule thorugh the door with the glass because that door would still have been in operation. It still would have been swinging. But, it wasn't swinging. It was stationary and closed. That means that Oswald must have entered the vestibule through the third door, the one we can't see, but which we can see in the diagram. That door provided access from the office area to the vestibule, and hence, to the lunch room. And since the office is where Oswald came from, it means that he came up the elegant stairs at the front of the building in the northeast corner which were right next to the doorway, which is where he was during the shooting.
And since Oswald was just getting to the lunch room then, at 12;31.5, it means that he wasn't there at 12:30. Yes, it was physically possible for him to have been there, left, and come back; but, there is no reason to believe that is what happened. There is no basis to proffer it, and no honest, rational person will consider it. I could say he did cartwheels in the hall too, but so what?
In other words, it's offer! Lee Harvey Oswald was innocent, and he was standing in the doorway during the shooting, just as he said.
