This is from the AP newsreel, and I believe it was a reenactment in which they forgot about the element of Leavelle being handcuffed to Oswald. Look at Oswald's hands. They are centered in front of his body; both of them. And you can see that Oswald is in front of Levealle's left shoulder. So, there is no way that Leavelle has his left hand where Oswald's right hand is. They just forgot about it for this. And since it was a reenactment done some time later, then obviously, the guy can't be Oswald, since Oswald was dead.
Does anyone want to claim that Leavelle is handcuffed to Oswald in this image?
