 On the left is a frame of Ruby being led to the elevator. Both his hair and his face look distorted, and it's because altering the image had to be done frame by frame, and it doesn't hold up when you stop it.

But, on the right, they have reached the elevator, and now, Ruby appears to be wearing a jacket. You can't see his white shirt any more, except for the collar. Below it, you just see the dark jacket. This was just a few seconds later in the video.
