This is a small point, but I am going to make it anyway. The man who is about to decapitate Alan Henning seems awfully relaxed.

He's got the posture and body language of a guy who is waiting on line to buy a Slurpy. I would think he would be steeling himself for the task at hand. Like before the start of a fight, either a boxing match or mixed martial arts, you see the fighters steeling themselves, getting ready, psyching themselves up for what they are about to do. They don't look that relaxed. But, this guy really looks relaxed- even bored. Compare him to the guy in the Turkish program.

Now, this was just drama- ACTING- but to me, it looks more appropriate. You can see that the guy is mobilized, that there is muscular preparedness. He looks like he is anticipating the thing he is about to do. Let's put them side by side.

So, to my eyes, the guy on the left looks like the lackadaisical decapitator, and I find it very strange. To me, it goes against the grain.
