I am pleased to announce that I have been contacted by a research team that is going to be doing some work in Dealey Plaza, and they have offered to include, among their projects, the recreation of the capture of Officer BJ Martin in the Moorman photo. They are going to have a motorcyclist there anyway, for a purpose relating to the Zapruder film, but they can easily cross the street and do a Moorman recreation at the same time with that in mind.
They thought of it, and the reason they thought of it is because their concern is similar to mine, although it relates to the Zapruder film. They are wondering why Officer Chaney isn't seen in the Zapruder film since he is seen in the Altgens photo, which corresponds to Z-255.
When you consider how far forward Chaney was in relation to the limo, such that he had to turn and look back at Kennedy, one wonders why he isn't seen in the Zapruder film.
Chaney was between Zapruder and Kennedy; so since Zapruder captured Kennedy, why didn't he capture Chaney?
And as the caller said to me, it's exactly the same as what I'm saying about the Moorman photo, that since Martin's left side was between Moorman and his right side, how could she capture his right arm without capturing his left side?
In a nutshell: if A is the photographer, and C is the subject, and B is between the photographer and the subject, then A can't take a picture of C without also capturing B.
So, they are going to reproduce both of these things, and they have more that they are going to do relating to other things.
I immediately offered to meet them in Dealey Plaza to participate in this, and I will. The date has been set, but I'm not saying when it is. But, we are going to be there in numbers.
