I am going to drive a nail in for Hondo the Wanderer, who is hapless when it comes to physics, including the physics of photography.
All I have to do is capture the same field as the Moorman photo; this field:
It's the field that matters- not the particular camera. That's all I have to do is capture the same field. And I am going to have a copy of the Moorman photo with me so that I can look at it and try to match the landmarks and parameters- as best I can. And as long as they're close, I'll be in the money. And I'll put them side by side afterwards, so that we can see how close I got. And, I'll hold the camera about 5 feet high just like Mary. And I'll stand a couple of feet back from the curb like Mary. I don't have to use her camera; I only have to capture the field that is shown while standing in the same spot that she stood- within reason.
