Since Fritz wrote down Oswald's alibi for the Kennedy murder (out with Bill Shelley in front) why didn't he write down Oswald's alibi for the Tippit murder?

Why are the Fritz notes rather detailed when it came to the first part of Oswald's odyssey (which included the cab fare) but completely a void about the second part of his odyssey (how he got to the theater)?

Is there any chance that Fritz FORGOT to ask Oswald for his Tippit alibi? Oswald must have had one because he denied killing Tippit.

No. Of course not. The first thing that Oswald was charged with was murdering a policeman. The very act of charging him would have elicited an alibi from him even if it wasn't asked for.

"What? I didn't kill him. I was nowhere near there. I was at xxx."

No matter how sure Fritz was that Oswald did it, he would have wanted to get Oswald's account of himself; his alibi. 

So, why isn't it in the Fritz notes? Why isn't it in the Hosty report or Bookhout report? How come it's in nobody's report? 

Get crystal: NOWHERE IN THE INVESTIGATION, NOT FROM THE DALLAS POLICE, THE FBI, THE WARREN COMMISSION, THE HSCA, THE CHURCH COMMITTEE, THE ARRB OR ANY OTHER INQUIRY IS THERE ANY ACCOUNT OF OSWALD'S ALIBI FOR THE TIPPIT MURDER OR HIS MEANS OF GETTING FROM HIS ROOM TO THE TEXAS THEATER. 

How despicable is that? And what does it mean? It can only mean one thing: that whatever Oswald said about it was so horrific- not to him but to the official story- that nobody was willing to repeat it. 

To the people clamoring for the government to reopen the Kennedy case, I say to you: grow up. How many government whitewashes do there have to be before you realize that the government is NEVER going to investigate the case honestly? They are ALWAYS going to do it in a self-serving, self-protecting, self-insulating way. 

And do you think that clamoring for more document releases is going to help? They'll alter and falsify any document before releasing it if gives away too much.  

Look: the government killed Kennedy. I'll say it again: 
THE US GOVERNMENT KILLED KENNEDY. 

Therefore, the US government can't investigate it honestly. It's always going to be a whitewash. They're never going to say this:

"Actually, we - that is, our predecessors in various agencies and departments of government concerned with national security and defense- did it. We killed Kennedy. We framed Oswald. And everything we told you about it previously was a fabrication and a lie. We falsified evidence. We altered photos and films galore. And for 52 years, it's been a pack of lies by us the government, by our partners in the media, by our partners in the corporate sector, the scholastic sector, the religious sector, and the educational sector. Everyone with connections joined in out of self-interest. All of the government investigations were corrupt. It was a vicious and barbaric act of cold-blooded murder, followed by two other murders, and then many more murders too numerous to count when you consider that it opened the floodgates for wars the world over. Basically, the last half century has been a nightmare spawned by this cruel and monstrous act. Any questions?"
