I have been reading the WC testimony of James Altgens, and he said that he started by trying to place himself on the Triple Overpass, but that "two uniformed policemen" scurried him away. What bothers me is what they told him. They told him that this was private property of the railroad and that unless he was an employee of the railroad, he couldn't stay. But, why would police say that? They didn't work for the railroad. That's something a railroad security officer would say. What were police even doing up there? Is there any record showing that the Dallas Police had officers stationed on the Triple Overpass? And if they did, surely they weren't there to represent the railroad, to make sure that no one but railroad employees were there. That is something the railroad would do; not the police. The issue of "private property" was not their concern.

Of late, I have been talking about the shot to JFK's throat, and I put up the video of Giles Jesus, which is very good. Here's the link again, if you haven't seen it.

Most people think that that shot to the throat was taken from the Triple Overpass, and I don't dispute it. Those "uniformed police officers" were probably the shooters, or at least one of them was. Because, if they were legit, then when the shooters showed up, they would have gotten the same treatment that Altgens got- to be scurried away.

Others have suspected the presence of phony police officers who were really operatives in the operation, for instance, the one that scurried Lee Bowers away. So, what I am saying is that the officers whom Altgens encountered and reported on were of that ilk. They were operatives, and they may have been, and probably were, the shooters.
