I cropped this from an image that Robin Unger posted from the Towner film. There are no versions of the Towner film online that are as good as this. But, I have a question for Robin Unger:
When we watch the Towner film, we can see that the woman is waving at the President the whole time. The entire time that she is in view, she is waving with her left arm. My question is: why can't we see her left arm raised and waving in this frame? In fact, it rather looks like she is using her left arm to hold the baby. I think that's the impression that most people get, and perhaps everybody. So, why the conflict between how she is in this frame and how she is in the movie?
