In case you are wondering where that missed bullet really came from, it was a low elevation in the Dal-Tex building, probably the 2nd floor. 

It was shot high, and it sailed right over the limo, striking no one. It's been theorized that it missed because the limo reached a depression in the road. But then again, maybe the shooter just missed. It happens.  

But, the bullet was traveling essentially parallel with the ground, and since it didn't hit anything, it had a long way to go before it succumbed to gravity.

Now, that's not my theory; others have proffered it, such as Craig Roberts and Orlando Martin, both of whom were top-flight military marksmen and ballistics experts. 

And others besides them support it too. It is a very widely held explanation for the missed bullet. 

Of course, Max Holland made no mention of it. He only mentioned what the Warren Commission said, which he said was wrong, and his own theory, which he claims is right. Those are the only two theories that exist in Max Holland's world. 

In fact, this understanding of the missed shot, which I just gave, is probably one of the most universally held beliefs in all of JFK assassination research.
