Jesus Christ, Backass is stupid. Criminal and stupid. He is a fucking Neanderthal, and I say that with due apologies to Neanderthals. 

First, he wants the name of the person who claims Oswald was the source of the information in the telex. I keep telling him that the common claim is that OSWALD SENT THE TELEX. And, that's despite the fact that it says from the Director and to the SACs. They are now saying that Oswald pretended to be the Director. And prior to that (before I pointed it out) they just missed it. It sailed over their heads. And that's the way it is. 

I already gave him the name of one such person who- for a very long time- has been claiming that Oswald sent the telex, AND SHE EVEN CLAIMS THAT OSWALD TOLD HER THAT HE SENT THE TELEX.  And that person is Judyth Baker.

As far as I know, it's just Judyth and her followers who are absorbed with this telex, and her followers always approve whatever she says. 

And as far as someone claiming the alternative that it is a real FBI communication based on information provided by Oswald, YOU, Backes, are the only person I've heard say that. I don't know of anyone else. Do you?  

And, fool that you are, you say that I can't REFUTE it. Refute it? Hey! The burden of proof is on YOU to prove it; it's not on me to disprove it. You're the one who is claiming it, you dumb fuck. 

And no, Backes. I didn't say there were FBI telexes available to the public. The only telexes available to the public would have been public telexes, available from WU or AT&T. I presume there was some basis by which an ordinary person could go somewhere, pay a fee, and send a telex. Are you doubting it? 

Well, if you are, and if you're right, then Oswald DEFINITELY didn't send the telex then, did he. 

But that "telex" definitely is NOT a public telex. It's just an inter-office communication from within the FBI. On the surface, that is what it purports to be. But remember, I say it is a hoax. That is my considered opinion. Would I bet my life on it? No. Would I bet considerable money on it? Yes, I would. 

Backes, how could you be so fucking stupid? Obviously, I am not saying that Oswald used an FBI telex in Washington DC to send a telex. Judyth Baker is saying that Oswald, while pretending to be J. Edgar Hoover, sent the telex SOMEHOW. She doesn't explain how. She doesn't deal with that. She just says that Oswald told her that HE sent that telex. Not that he provided information that got put into the telex but that he sent the damn thing. And I have been fighting this and denying the validity of her claim for the last two months- essentially calling her a liar- but now Backes refers to it as my "straw man argument". 

It's not my argument, Backes. It's her argument, and one that I have soundly rejected.

But, at least we've learned something about you, that YOU, idiot that you are, think that: a) the telex is real, that it is a real communication from J. Edgar Hoover, and b) that Oswald was the source of the information in it. 

And I'm holding you to it. You can't take it back, mother-fucker.
