This is our winter garden. The first row is our bok choy, which I have marked. I got the seeds from our local nursery, about 3X as many as that crook from Amazon offered and for half the price.
And I am enjoying that bok choy too. I eat it practically every day. It is a tasty, tender green. With a little luck, we'll keep it going all winter. The big greens behind it are mustard greens, which are rather bitter, and I'm not a big fan. But, I am the Bok Choy Boy.
