More from Von Peinhead:

"Also: The authorities didn't bother to REPLACE the shirt OSWALD was wearing in the Altgens picture. They left OSWALD'S brown shirt in the photo, even though they could, of course, have replaced the shirt too. Go figure."

With the mind of a small child, Von Pein thinks authorities could do anything. Replace the shirt? No problem, according to him. But, the fact is that they were limited in what they could do, and a large element like that shirt could not be changed. They were stuck with it.

They replaced the "cap" of Doorman's head with Lovelady's, and as far as I know, that is all they did to Loveladyify him.

"Of course, the reality is that the patterned shirt of Lovelady is a closer match to the shirt worn by Doorway Man than Oswald's brown shirt is."

Oh really? How do you figure?

Then Von Pein quotes from the HSCA Final Report:

"The photographic analysis of the shirt in the photograph established that it corresponded more closely with the shirt worn that day by Lovelady."

That is a lie, Von Pein! A bold-faced, evil, murderous

lie. Doorman's shirt corresponded much better to

Oswald's. There is not one box on Doorman's shirt

while Lovelady's is strewn with boxes.

"(Let's watch Cinque try and dig himself out of the hole I just dug for him regarding the "fake" films. Maybe he'll weasel out of it by now saying the films weren't faked after all, or by saying that I totally misunderstood his theory on the whole. Let's watch the weasel wiggle.)"

The films were faked, Von Pein. The Martin film was faked. The  guy wasn't even Lovelady. You can see it plain as day.

The Wiegman film was faked. They had two versions of Doorman. The first, on the left, was real, and he was Oswald. But, Oswald left and early-on, and so they implanted a phony image into the film of another Doorman.

And, the Dallas PD footage was faked- twice- using two different Loveladys.

Fake, fake, fake. All the films involving Doorman and Lovelady were faked.

"So which is it, Cinque -- did WFAA edit the film to REMOVE Lovelady? Or to ADD IN Lovelady?
Let's watch Ralphie fly by the seat of his pants yet again, as he tries to think up a reason for anyone wanting to do BOTH of those things--remove Billy Lovelady AND add him into the film at the same time."

Peinhead: Lovelady was never there at that desk. He told us he never saw Oswald again that day after they broke for lunch, and he meant it.

There were two versions of the walk-by footage made. You see the entirety of one version in the Wolper film, and you see the entirety of the other version in the original release of the 3 Shots film from the History Channel. But, other versions include edited versions of either or both. What they are showing today in "A Year Ago Today" is both, but the portion from 3 Shots is severely shortened, quickened, and blurred in order to smooth the transition from DeNiro Lovelady to the other one.

"Cinque is evidently not capable of properly evaluating (via common sense) Billy Lovelady's Warren Commission testimony when Billy was asked "Did you ever see him [Oswald] again that day?" -- with Lovelady then answering "No". The context of the question was fairly clear (especially given Ball's previous question to Lovelady) -- Joseph Ball wanted to know if Lovelady had seen Lee Oswald at any time again IN OR NEAR THE DEPOSITORY BUILDING (i.e., the scene of the assassination). Cinque, of course, can't figure this easy stuff out. A third-grader could figure out what Joe Ball meant by his question to Billy Lovelady, but Dr. Cinque can't."

No, Peinhead, because Joseph Ball asked Lovelady if he ever saw Oswald again THAT DAY.

That day, that day, that day.

The wonderful thing about English is that it is a very honed language with very little ambiguity. "That day" means "that day". And Lovelady said "no" to seeing Lovelady again that day.

"In addition, Cinque is also apparently not capable of figuring out that Lovelady's arrow in Commission Exhibit No. 369 has to be pointing to the same person in the Altgens picture that Wes Frazier's arrow is pointing to. We know this to be a fact because of these words spoken by Joe Ball -- "And one in the white pointing toward you." Cinque, however, needs to be talked through this stuff like a kindergartner. But since the arrow drawn by Frazier (the one "in the white") is "pointing toward you [Billy Lovelady]", then it obviously means that the figure commonly known as "Doorway Man" IS Billy Nolan Lovelady. The word "YOU" being the key word that Cinque tries to ignore."

Now, that was deliberate ambiguity on the part of Joseph Ball. And why bother parsing his words, Peinhead? You acknowledge that Lovelady drew an arrow on the photo, and you also admit that the large arrow we see was Frazier's.

We can clearly see the tail of Lovelady's arrow on Black Hole Man's forearm even from this distance. If you don't think that's it, then find Lovelady's arrow elsewhere.

You think you have the right to assume that it's totally invisible from being drawn black on black? Well, you're wrong. Upon close inspection, we can see the head of Frazier's arrow which was drawn black on black. So, don't tell me Lovelady's arrow is totally invisible. You better find it because if you don't, the arrow I found wins by default. That's Lovelady's arrow pointing to Black Hole Man.

So, Ralph, do you think that Lovelady was acknowledging in his Warren Commission session that he was in TWO different places at the same time in the CE369 photo? I guess you must think that Lovelady was saying that very thing, because you seem to think that Billy drew an arrow to someone OTHER than Doorway Man, even though Lovelady HEARS Ball say "pointing toward you" when referring to the arrow that is "in the white".

Lovelady was scared to death. He knew he wasn't giving Ball what he wanted. But, at the time, he just didn't want to lie. After that, they talked to him. They must have sent big, tall men wearing dark suits and shades and speaking in monotones to talk to him. And they must have convinced him that it really was in his interest- and his family's interest- for him to get with the program.

Lovelady never said he was in two different places. That was Ball talking- not Lovelady. And Ball was shucking and jiving, playing it fast and loose, thinking on his feet, trying to get through it and hopefully segue out of it as fast as he could.

Why are you so dense, Von Pein? Both Ball and Lovelady knew exactly what was going on. Lovelady knew that Ball was spinning it for the court reporter, but he wasn't about to make a scene over it. He valued his life.

"Hint for Ralph -- there can be only ONE "you" [i.e., Lovelady] in CE369. And it couldn't be more obvious who the "you" is in the Altgens photograph."

Hint for Von Pein: then find Lovelady's arrow. If you're so sure he drew it to Doorman, then find it. You know where to look for it. It's a small area. Point it out to me and to the world. We are waiting.
