One of the many problems of the Towner Woman is that her head is too big. It's too big for her body, and it's too big compared to others in the film. To demonstrate, here she is compared to the two Fedora Men. Note that men tend to have larger heads than women. And remember that the hats on the men don't count. Just look at their faces. She's got this big head, big face, but no neck. You see the tapering of the necks of the two men, but not on her. It's more like her head is sitting directly on her shoulders. She is not legitimate, and neither is the baby. Nobody with an unclouded, unbiased mind should accept them as real.
