What reason is there to think that Prayer Man could be Oswald? He's much huskier. He's dressed differently with no t-shirt exposed. And he's in the doorway when Marrion Baker had arrived. Are we to assume that he entered into a foot race with Marrion Baker to get to the 2nd floor lunch room?

Yes, Joseph Backes actually expected Gerald McKnight to join him even though Dr. McKnight agrees with me. Joseph Backes, apparently, rather seriously expects other researchers who advocate Oswald in the doorway (as Doorway Man) to join him even though he trashes that belief. That speaks to his state of mind; he is insane.
