Oswald in the doorway: the blog of the Oswald Innocence Campaign, by Ralph Cinque

I have been thinking about this image and how it came about, but regardless of how it happened- and when I say regardless I mean no matter how- the tall lanky guy definitely was NOT James Bookhout.

So, he is definitely not Bookhout, but how did this happen? If it's real, then it's simply a mistake; they put the wrong name in. But, if it's not real, then all they had to do was add the name on the bottom; that is, remove the name that was there and replace it with James Bookhout. Note that the yellow emboldening occurs because of the search I did on Newspapers.com. So, that definitely wasn't there. And, maybe they replaced the whole bottom line. Or, maybe they added the whole bottom line. But, the point is that there wasn't much they had to do to convert this into a James Bookhout sighting. 

Of course, I do allege photographic manipulation of the image. I find it very hard to believe that he had a little pug nose like that.

  

And it's not even consistent with Bookhout's nose. It's nothing like it.

Then, there is his tie.

A knot that small? A tie that narrow at the top? It is simply impossible.

So, it is definitely an altered image. And the fact that it is an altered image proves that the whole thing is a contrivance. 

So, there is no rescuing this thing. It is sunk. This shall go down as another inglorious attempt to lie about the JFK assassination (actually the Oswald assassination) with phony evidence, including a bogus image.
