So, what is that hand gesture that Mark O'Blazney (on the right) and Culto (on the left) are doing? 

Several people have pointed out to me that it looks like the Illuminati "sign of Satan".

It's also similar to the UT Longhorns hand sign, but I rather doubt those guys, being in Holland, were doing that. And what is this outfit that O'Blase' has on?

I presume Miller is in reference to Miller beer. And what is that cross that he is holding? Weird wild wacky stuff.
