There was an interesting development last night on Amazon forum, an exchange between SV Anderson and myself. Backass put it up on his blog before I did, which makes it easy for me. 

Backes, are you sure that Anderson is the one who sent every single piece of mail to me concerning himself? It's a lot of mail; a lot for him to confirm. What if it turns out that he's lying, Backes? How's he going to look? How are you going to look? Above, I asked him to explain why he sent most of the letters to the wrong address. Doesn't that seem odd? Especially since some of it came to the right address? And I asked him to confirm the wrong address he used. What if he can't? What if he won't? What does that do to his credibility? 

Therefore, you should put down the proscenium arch, which really should be cleaned with Lysol, and realize who is in the hot seat here. It isn't me; it's SV Anderson. 

And don't worry; we are going to get into it.
