Someone being interviewed after the garage shooting said that the shooter was behind a green car and that he jumped up over the railing. There was a railing which separated the ramp from the parking area, where vehicles were parked. His exact words were:

"He came around that car, that green car, and jumped up over the railing."

That's the speaker pointing, and the others are looking to where he pointed.

You can listen to it here, starting at 3:30.

Then, it jumped to this image, which I presume is the car he was pointing to and talking about.

So, was Bookhout hiding there? We know that Ruby wasn't.

Then they panned back to the cubbyhole where it all happened, and to my eyes, it seemed like a bit of a distance. But, when you see the ramp that Ruby came down, you realize that it could not have been him hiding behind a car.

Ruby just came down that ramp, and that was it. Police jumped him and dragged him off, and he had no idea why. This was earlier than the televised spectacle. So, if you accept that man's statement, then obviously, Bookhout was hiding behind that car. Consider also, that they would have gotten a direct look at the shooter's face as he approached, and obviously, none of them recognized him as Jack Ruby.

After that, it went to Jim Leavelle spewing his lies to Bill Lords, and then it went reporters questioning Will Fritz in the hallway. And Fritz was asked if the shooter said how he got into the garage, and Fritz said that the man didn't tell him that. But, it's hard to imagine Jack Ruby not saying how he got in. Then, Fritz said that "he has, of course, talked to an attorney..."

Of course? Well, if that's true, then why didn't Oswald of course talk to an attorney?
