The restored OIC Facebook page is on a tear! Our Likes have jumped to 225 and counting! Holey Moley!

And while you're at it, you ought to check out the OIC Facebook Group because there's some mano-a-mano going on between me and a guy named John Kornfeind. I don't know anything about him except that he's from the University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point, which happens to be the school at which our own Dr. David Wrone is from. But, he's arguing with me about whether the Altgens was altered and whether Doorman could be anyone but Oswald.

You have to understand how mathematically unlikely the matching clothing is if you're going to assume that Doorman was Lovelady. We have identified very specific details, such as the matching right collar, left lapel, and notched t-shirt. But, let's put those specific things aside and just call it what it is in the round: a loose-fitting, unbuttoned, sprawled open outer shirt over a white t-shirt, in which the t-shirt is greatly exposed.

That may not sound all that distinctive when you just contemplate the description by itself. But, what you have to do is compare it to the entire spectrum of men's clothing.

For instance, Doorman's shirt could have been short-sleeved. That alone would have nixed the match-up to Oswald, but it wasn't. The shirt could have been normally buttoned, meaning mostly buttoned. That would have nixed the match-up to Oswald too.

Who watches the President of the United States in such a slovenly way, with his shirt largely unbuttoned? I'll tell you who: somebody whose buttons were missing, so he couldn't button it up. That would be Lee Harvey Oswald.

It could have been a different kind of shirt, like a pull-over shirt, or a sweat shirt, or a polo shirt. It could have involved wearing a jacket over the shirt or a sweater. And it is a very big deal that Doorman's t-shirt was notched like Oswald's. They really can't not be the same guy. That's because the one on the left was definitely Oswald, and if you're going to say the one on the right was Lovelady, that much likeness between the Oswald and Lovelady IN BOTH LOOKS AND CLOTHING is just not possible. It's like a one in a million chance.
