Oswald in the doorway: the blog of the Oswald Innocence Campaign, by Ralph Cinque

I have been searching for Marine photos of guys standing in front of height charts, and I haven't found any, nor any reference to any. The only one who commonly takes such photos are the police when someone is put under arrest. 

But, this is said to be a photo of Oswald when he was 17, and he was never arrested then. He wasn't arrested for the first time until he was in Japan.

So, what were the circumstances of this? There weren't any. It's fake. But, what was the objective? Well, since the arrest mug shot is the only time that a photo like this is commonly taken, the idea must have been: "You see, even as a young guy, Oswald was a criminal." And look at the expression on his face. It doesn't get any more criminal than that. He looks like he would slit the throat of a grandmother just to get her purse. So, the message here is: "This is Lee Harvey Oswald: deviant; criminal; psychopath; sociopath. And he was exactly 5'9"."
