OIC Chairman Larry Rivera just sent me an article which stated that Lovelady "emphatically denied" the whole story about his kids crying when they saw Oswald being led away on tv, thinking it was him.
I told you it was horse shit, and they make up stuff like that all the time. They've got people on the payroll that that's all they do.
Are you starting to get the idea now why they had to kill Lovelady? He had this dangerous tendency to be truthful. He didn't like lying. He wasn't any good at it, and he knew he wasn't any good at it.
So, when the HSCA was about to release its Final Report in early 1979, they knew that questions were likely to follow Lovelady, such as, "Why didn't you testify? Why didn't you come in and speak on the record to the Committee?"
And remember what we just found out: that the story about Lovelady being seated at the desk in the squad rooom as Oswald was led by didn't come out until the same time in 1979. What if reporters and investigators wanted to question Lovelady about it? What was he going to tell them? He didn't know anything about it. He was asked in 1964 whether he ever saw Oswald again that day, and he said no. At no time did he, or his chatty wife, ever say a word about his having an encounter with Oswald at the Dallas PD.
It is just another bull shit story like the one about his kids crying when they mistook Oswald for him. And I am more convinced than ever that they killed 41 year old Billy Lovelady to silence him. They "heartattacked" him out with one of their heart attack mimetic drugs. And I don't think they feared an outright betrayal on his part. Rather, they were just afraid that he was going to trip over himself lying. He was not a good liar.
