There is no question that the height chart behind LHO is fake, but the question now is: Is the whole image fake? Is it, in fact, a drawing and not a photograph? 

Since the entire background is fake, all that's left is the detail in the face, and the detail of it is no better than what a drawing can be. There is nothing photographic about it. 

And to prove that statement, here are some drawings of faces:

In fact, all of these are better, meaning more detailed and more realistic, than the image of LHO. At this point in time, I am inclined to think that there was no photography involved in this image.

However, maybe there was an actual photograph involved that the artist worked from, one in which there was no height chart included. If so, then I assume the photograph was destroyed since we have never seen it. 

I wonder which of the morons will be the first to try to defend this as a real photograph of Oswald standing in front of a height chart. My prediction? Joseph Backes. He will grovel at the feet of every JFK image in defense of its purity and authenticity. It doesn't matter how outrageous and patently phony it is; he'll vouch for it. He will defend, to the end, every image of JFK officialdom. It is his raison d'etre.
