The WOW Film Festival of Tunisia has chosen My Stretch of Texas Ground to be in their film festival. and they are holding the festival in three countries this year: Tunisia, Morocco, and Jordan, and it means that My Stretch of Texas Ground will be screened in all three countries.
I am very pleased about this because I think My Stretch of Texas Ground is a very global movie. It involves a global conflict that just happens to settle on this small town in Texas. It pits this elite Mujahideen warrior against a small town Texas sheriff who has never faced such a challenge before, but he's got the stuff for it, and he rises to the occasion- because he has to. I don't think anyone in the world should have trouble relating to both these men and understanding that something deeply human is driving both of them. I tried to take inspiration that way from one of my favorite screenwriters, Guirellmo Arriaga of Mexico. I would love it if he were to watch my movie, and I hope that someday he will. This is the letter I received.

It is my great honor to inform you that your highly professional film My Stretch of Texas Ground was selected to be in the WOW International Film Festival. It was selected out of 3150 films from 119 countries that we received.
This year, our festival will be in 3 countries on 3 different dates (Tunisia, Morocco, and Jordan Kingdom), and soon we will notify you about dates of our event in each country. and we will send you the 3 laurels of your 3 official selections of your films.
Now please we need that you fill this document as soon as possible (attached) to obtain the visa of screening of your film at the festival by the Ministry of Culture to be able to screen film at the festival in these three countries.
When we give you the exact date in every country we will send you official invitation to attend the festival.Best Regard;
