The matching ears are between Oswald and Doorman. Lovelady has got that big fleshy lobule that distinguishes his ear from that of Osawld/Doorman. 

This is a much bigger and more decisive and distinguishing feature than what you are pointing to. Bigger beats smaller. Oswald's ear has the right shape and contour to match Doorman's, and it also has the right pitch. Lovelady's ears stuck out more. What we see above is a very good match between Oswald and Doorman, and you are a stupid fool.
