The other thing that a mature rational person realizes is that we are not limited to comparing one element at a time. It's true that the ears match better between Oswald and Doorman than between Lovelady and Doorman because of the big lobule on Lovelady, but that's not all.
What about the clothes? Lovelady claimed to be wearing those clothes we see on him. Not only does the flashy, high-contrast, geometric pattern of Lovelady's shirt not match Doorman, but the whole fit, hang, and configuration don't match. The fit, hang, and configuration match perfectly between Oswald and Doorman. And that amounts to a confirmation of what we see with the ears.
And that's why I say that that the whole denial of my enemies of Oswald in the doorway is childish and bizarre. They are like little children who are stubbornly denying an obvious fast. They are behaving like 6 years olds.
