Hey Robin! Backes says that this image of Lovelady is straight from the film whereas I say it was colorized.

As a guy who has colorized a lot of pictures, I assume you can tell if something has been colorized. I say that the real coloring, as per the film, is this:

So, would you tell Backes that that one is the proper coloring, other one, which looks psychedelic like an LSD trip, was colorized.

You can see how there was some running of the color on the right, affecting his ear and his neck. Also, he wound up with a beard. Also, the pattern is very different. Burnt orange, like the color of UT Austin, is what you see on the left, and it's legit; while crimson red, as with Alabama, is what you see on the right, and it is illegit. Apparently, they also thought that muscles would look good on that guy, as he is bulging, unlike the other guy. 

But tell Backes, would you? Because, he's being a real proscenium-stuffed asshole about it.
