Only blood-soaked Kennedy-killers see the HSCA as anything but another government whitewash of the JFK assassination. It was just Warren Commission II. That's all it was. And, they tweaked the story a little bit. Why? Because it wouldn't look good if they found exactly as the Warren Commission did. 

And, their version of what happened is even more ridiculous. According to them, the Mafia got Lee Harvey Oswald to kill Kennedy. But, why'd they get HIM to do it? Oswald wasn't an assassin. He wasn't even a marksman. Not really. He was just a guy who did the minimal amount of shooting required by the Marines. And if they hadn't required him to do it, he may not even have done that. 

And after the Marines, the ONLY shooting that he ever said he did was to go hunting with his buddies in Russia in which they used shotguns. Shotguns? What does that have to do with using a high-powered, telescopic rifle- a sniper rifle?  

Oswald had NEVER shot at a moving target. Remember, he was never in combat; he wasn't that kind of Marine. And think about what was involved from the 6th floor: He was, supposedly, shooting at a man who was traveling in an open car down a winding road that was both curving and sloping, And with visual obstructions. And after the first shot, he had to remove the rifle, cock it, and then bring the sight back up to his eye and refind the target- which had moved- fix on that still moving target, squeeze the trigger, and then repeat the whole process to ultimately getting off 3 shots in 5.6 seconds, according to the Warren Commission. 

Oswald had NEVER done ANYTHING like that in his life. And remember what we are talking about doing- killing a human being- and the skill that was needed, and the steady nerves that were required.  

Let's say that instead of doing that that it involved Oswald swinging at a golf ball for the first time. He probably wouldn't do it very well. But, at least there would be nothing at stake with the golf ball. Even if he dug up turf, that would have been the worst thing that could happen, and it would have been nothing dire. But, this involved having to steady himself to blow out the brain of the President of the United States. There was nothing from Oswald's life experience, from his training, or his known temperament to think that he was in any way qualified to do that. So, why would the Mafia hire him?

Did I say "hire"? Hire, as in pay someone money to do something? But, there is no record of Oswald being paid. At least not by the Mafia. There is a record of him receiving a small stipend from the FBI. And to this day, Oswald's tax returns have never been released because they are "classified". But, what reason would the government have to hide payments he received from the Mafia to kill Kennedy? 

It is INSANE to think that the Mafia would hire Oswald to kill Kennedy when they had real assassins with real sniper ability and honed experience at killing at their disposal. Oswald was not a sniper. He really wasn't even a marksman, and he practically failed his last marksman exam with the Marines. One point less and he would have failed. And that involved calmly shooting at a stationary target with no time pressure.  

Results mattered, did they not? Jackie was sitting next to JFK, so how easily could she have been hurt or killed? That would have increased the public uproar. And what if he had failed? What if Kennedy had survived? Wouldn't Kennedy and his brother Bobby have ordered a real criminal investigation and tracked down the culprits to the last man? There would have been no whitewash. 

So, if you were the Mafia, wouldn't you go with your very best shooter or shooters rather than some hapless ne'er-do-well who had never done anything like it before in his life?  

And what does it say about Oswald's motive? He wasn't a Mafia hit-man. That wasn't his occupation. There is no record that he had any loyalty to them. Why would he do their bidding? There is no evidence that he even got paid. If you remove remuneration from the picture- which is the reason why people usually do work for others, and that's over 99% of the time- what reason are you left with for Oswald to kill Kennedy? 

Oswald had nothing against Kennedy. He never spoke a word against him in his life. He went to the library to check out his book, which he read. So, the Mafia asks him to kill Kennedy, and he agrees to do it? "Sure, I don't mind. If you want him dead, I'm your man." Was that it? What if the Mafia asked you to kill the President? Would you do it? Then, what reason is there to think that Oswald would?

The HSCA story is SO preposterous, SO ridiculous, and SO absurd, that no adult person should take it seriously. It is so laughably stupid that it is an insult to our intelligence that they ever proffered it. 

And the people today who continue to support the HSCA are either incredibly stupid, OR they are wicked, bloodied bastards who are engaged in killing Kennedy all over again every day of their wretched lives.  

The HSCA was just another government whitewash. Remember: the government killed Kennedy; so, they are NEVER going honestly investigate his murder. Not then, and not now. The HSCA just tweaked the story a little in order to quash public uproar from seeing the Zapruder film. They were just throwing the CTs a bone- to settle them down. That's all they were doing. That's all it was about. The work and output of the HSCA are not anything to respect or even take seriously. It is just more of the evil that lies within.
