Robin "the Flipper" Unger (called that for spreading flipped images) played a trick on his readers. He replaced Upperpunk's gif with the moving cone:

Let's take Robin's advice and place the mouse cursor over the blue cone before it begins to move. Then watch it leave the cursor, travel a ways, and then return to it. Have a nice trip? 

So, Robin replaced that gif of Upperpunk's with one that he made in which the blue cone is stationary. 

Did he announce what he did? NO! He didn't say a word. He just did the bait and switch.
