That's the whole point; human beings are not transparent. Martin's body would have blocked the view of his right arm to Mary Moorman, just as Hargis' body blocked the view of his right arm to Marie Muchmore. It was exactly the same way for both. 

Martin's own body- the part of it that was between Mary Moorman and his right arm, would have blocked the view of his right arm. At least it would have blocked it partially if it didn't block it fully. And, there is no doubt that her camera would have captured the part of his body that was between her and his right arm, and, it's precisely because human beings are not transparent. And surely, her camera would have seen his left arm if it saw his right arm at all. Again: it's because human beings are not transparent. That makes this a bogus image:
